Hard drive recovery
I had two hard drives in my desktop, one with the software (used to boot) and another with my data. The one to boot up my computer died. So in order to get my data back I got a usb enclosure for the other drive. When I connect it to my other computer it detects the drive and says everything is OK, but I can't see the drive in Windows explorer.
It looks like it doesn't find the partition or such.
Anybody here can help?
Thanks.

Re: Hard drive recovery
you can even try to recover the dead hard drive. Freeze the drive for several hours in a moisture proof bag of some kind, let it warm to room temperature, and try the drive again. If successful, backup all data immediately and replace the drive. If the drive is due to logical failure, components are physically undamaged, but because of either accidental formatting or a corrupt file system, the drive is not able to find and navigate its own data.
