It has only 1280x720 pixel that can be set your screen size . But the machine has the potential which can process the resolution and do a conversion.
Re: What should be the screen size for Optoma HD65 projector
So if you are trying to give any data presentation by using the Internet, or text documents, or financial spreadsheets, you will like to have the sharpest image possible on your projector. In this situation, you will have to ignore the projector's maximum resolution specification and will have to accept the fact that the projector can deliver a higher resolution signal, that does not mean that you will get a sharper image. Instead, make sure to set your computer's output resolution to match the native resolution of the projector, so if you have a native XGA projector, then you can try to set your computer having output resolution of 1024x768. This will eliminate any scaling or compression, and give you the cleanest possible data image that your projector is capable of.
