Error 0x78F when auto updating service pack 3

when i try to auto update service pack 3 I get an error 0x78F can someone help please

When you try to do update, put the installation Office CD in the CD drive.
If it fails or you get some error again, then try to repair office and update again.

Have try to install the update manually, and check out whether you still face the same problem on your system.

The error occurred due to the corrupt office files. First try to download the update manually from Microsoft Website. Install it my manually by double clicking on it. If still error continues to come uninstall your Ms Office and install it again.

Am trying all the above will let you know how it goes

I reinstalled office did a search and repair then left the disk in whilst I tried the auto update and it installed sp 3. Thanks everybody
