I get "dwin.exe Initialization Failed" message When I shut down my computer same message also appears if i restart my computer. what does this error means. How do I get rid of this from popping up again ?

Dwin.exe is not a big issue it will show to you everytime when some program or process are running. so before shutting down your pc make sure that every program and processes are closed. also disable all things running in the start up tab. go to start up tab and check option DISABLE ALL.
Dwin.exe is not an error, it relates to a M$ hotfix in kb821253 http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;821253.
This is due to a new feature added to the error reporting. to get rid out of this run Norton Win Doctor, this will clean dwin.exe and then restart your pc .
Dont try to delete dwwin.exe. if you delete it windows wont open any application, dwwin.exe was program to be laod all the time and windows cannot located it. it most likely is a part of a program you have installed.
