NEC XG 75 Home Theatre problem

I am having a problem with my NEC XG 75 home theatre. I have a sony hdtv receiver which is capable of upscaling all SD and HD signals to either hdmi out or analog out. However, it scales to 720P, 1080i@60 and 1080p@24.
Due to the slow scan rate, the NEC does'nt accept the 1080P. So I am forced to settle with 1080i. But I really want 1080p......what should I do ?

The fixed 1080p resolution in the CS2 is actually 960x1080 @ 60 progressive.....

I am also having NEC XG 75 home theatre. There's a problem with my green tube. I need to replace it. For this, I need to call technican. Does anyone know a technican I can contact. I am living in New York.
