Is it possible for me to retrieve deleted photos from iphone

I would like to know that is it possible for me to retrieve some deleted photos from my iphone. Recently i had deleted some photos from my iphone, but now i would like to retrieve all that photos which i had deleted from my iphone. So, can please any body tell me that can i retrieve deleted photos from my iphone? Does any body knows about it? Kindly provide me the correct logical solution for the above issue.

I hope you can help my problem is that i need to recover synchronized pictures off my iPhone 3G 16gig.

I lost my laptop and hard drive when my car got stolen. The only pictures i had left were on my iPhone. I recently tried jail breaking my phone as i was in iTunes the software update started and i waited the whole process and when my phone was done all my software was reinstalled to version 4.2.1 which i had already. Needless to say i now lost all my synchronized photos and i did a backup in iTunes but not sure how to recover it.

I deleted some photos on my iPod because I was running out of memory. How do I sync the updated album onto iTunes? Every time I sync it like normal, a message pops up that says something about going over the memory, so those photos weren't copied onto my iPod. I'm not sure how to deal with this. I mean, I'm glad that the updated album is on my iPod, but I don't want to keep them anymore on my iTunes account.
