Any hacking device or software to steal information of ATM card

Hi friends,
I am just wondering that anyone has created any software or device thatcan be used to hack the information about the atm card or credit card. Is there anything like that to steal money or something? Anyone have any idea?

There is no such software for hacking ATM card but there is a virus can do it. wo leading anti-virus software producers 'Doctor Web' and 'Kaspersky Lab' claimed to have discovered a new virus, in the networks of several bank ATMs, which is able to collect information from bank cards. The virus is a Trojan which is able to infect the popular American Diebold brand of ATMs, used in Russia and Ukraine.
