I have many flv files with me & wanted to upload to my website But they are of near around 170MB each. this will make my website slow. so i just wanted to compress it without breaking it pixels....!

Some forms of data compression are losses. This means that when the data are decompressed, the result is a bit to perfect bit with the original one. Although the loss less compression of video is possible, rarely are used, like the results in the loss of compression much majors compression ratios in an acceptable level of quality.
Only thing that you can make is to compress when they have been created. I am not to acquaintance of some software in a position to making it online dynamically.
