Quoted-printable line longer than 76 chars

I am using thunderbird ,, When i try to send same mails, it does not get flagged as spam. According to the spam blocker, one of the biggest penalties is due to the

I thought that it was HTML message body section of the mail,, so i made sure no line was longer than 72 characters but no solutions .

Try to breaking the message at 70 characters? it should provide space for a couple of characters or you can encode the email with Base64

This is a big bug:biggrin: in the version 3 use doing some preg_match()/preg_replace() yuckiness and it doesn't work too well for multibyte character sets. The new v4 first goal was to overcome this and to provide my own QP encoding implementation based on RFC 2045. To get back to your actual problem in version 3 however what character set are you using?

You are using the bad v5 version. Note that current version is v6.1
