Overclock phenom 9500

I have in my system a Phenom 9500 and would like to overclock as the only performance of 2.200Mhz has. Unfortunately, I know there's not so good AMD Overdrive and it can bring my system to crash constantly. The Vcore should be only up to 10% more contacts because the temperature change much and the CPU can easily melt through.
increase slowly and check the temps again .
