I am facing an issue with my netzeromail account whenever i am trying to login into my netzeromail account i am getting an error message as Connection Failure - The memberID or password you have entered is incorrect.I don't know why i am getting this error message.Last time when i use my netzeromail account i was able to login into it but now i am not.Does anyone getting same error message as of mine.
IF you are getting Connection Failure error message then try open Internet Explorer and click on Tools and then select Internet Options.Over here you can see Advanced Tab now Uncheck Third party browser extension from the list and finally click on Apply and OK.Finally reboot your PC.
I have also done what you have told me but still Connection Failure - The memberID or password you have entered is incorrect error message.I am facing this issue from when i have downloaded the new version of netzeromail.
Please ensure that you are not making any mistake while entering your NetZero Member ID and Password correctly and also see that Member ID is to left of the @ symbol in your email address.Make sure that your new password or old password is enter in lower case only.
If you are still facing any issue then i would suggest you to send an email to info@support.netzero.com with the Subject line 'Error 691' and they would contact you as soon as possible.
