Re: MS Office Assistant does not work on Vista
Not a fix, just a work-around:
Start> Control Panel> Uninstall Program> Highlight MS Office 2003. click on Change Program.
Click Custom Install> Expand Office Assistant and make all the assistants unavailable (by right click) EXCEPT the assistant you want. Next time you home office, your chosen assistant appears by default. (Gallery still reads "not enough memory ..." though
Re: MS Office Assistant does not work on Vista
I have tried everything, but it just does not work.
Have all the Office Assistant is disabled, "unavailable" set the computer down, up, office removed from the computer, re-installed ,...!
Who can help me?
Re: MS Office Assistant does not work on Vista
If the other assistants do not work, then no MS-Agent
what is the link below to download:
Agent 2.0 Core components : self-installing executable
1. Download the file by clicking on its link.
2. Install the Microsoft Agent 2.0 Core components by running the self-extracting executable file and accepting the license terms.
3. Note that, the installer does not immediately run a Microsoft Agent application. You will need to run a Microsoft Agent application before you see anything.
