I have a PS3 and Linksys WRT54G Router,it connects wirelessly no problems,but the problem is when i use the PS3, i get 80028EA7 error it also fails on the internet connection and says cannot connect to server.I'm not sure but I think it comes from my connection. I tried with a Ethernet Cable RJ45 shielded law and same thing.Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it?Any help will be extremely appreciated.
there is problem in your connection try to reconnect your modem or wireless router.or try this :
Edit the Hosts file
Edit the Hosts file and disable all lines that refer to the Microsoft news server. To do this, place a number sign character (#) at the beginning of each line that contains the IP address of the Microsoft news server.
First turn off all default all you setting on the router and just unplug/plug in your router, add your ip again maybe it will solve the problem.or Maybe its the PS3? could be the connection was getting interfered but from router to pc it was stronger?
