As a great app, SlingPlayer has some requiremnets:-
- A Slingbox
- Mac OS X 10.3.9 or Mac OS X 10.4.7 or later.
- 700 MHz G4 or 1.6 GHz Intel Core Duo.
- 512 MB RAM (1 GB recommended).
- Ethernet Network Connectivity (wired, 802.11 a/b/g, or Powerline)
- 1024x768, thousands of colors display (millions of colors recommended).
Legacy Slingboxes, which include the Classic, AV, and TUNER, will also work with the app but Sling Media won't provide any service for technical problems with these products, including problems caused by updates to SlingPlayer Mobile software, Slingbox hardware, or iPhone firmware. SlingPlayer Mobile supports any type of high speed internet connection on your mobile device, including 3G or above cellular services such as EV-DO or HSDPA, Wi FI, or USB or Blutooth based connections.
