Convert all video files to avi formart to make DVD

Hi...!

I want a software which can download all video files & can convert all of them to mpg format so that i can make a single DVD.

Any suggestion will be appreciated....!

There are many software to download videos from the internet. but the best one i like is the real players download video button for firefox, it did not need to right click & go to the download button it directly provide you the button on hovering on the video.
