Hello friends,
I want to add a picture or image in my excel spread sheet. I have a picture related to the data in the excel sheet. It will be more convenient to understand the data with the picture. Can anyone tell me how to add it with the data?

Inserting image in excel is very easy task. Try following these steps:
- Click Insert menu on Menu bar
- Select Picture from drop down menu
- Then click From File
- Browse the picture from your computer
- And click Insert
You can insert image in the background. To insert image in background follow these steps:
- First go to the worksheet
- Click on Sheet on Format menu
- Then click Background
- Select the picture you want to use
- Click Insert
You can add a picture using Insert Comment as you want to add picture for specific cells and to display the image for the same. First of all select the cell or cells for which you want to add picture and follow these steps:
- Right click on the cell or cells
- Click on the Insert Comment
- Move your cursor to the edge of the comment box and double click
- From shortcut menu click on Format Comment
- Click on the Colors and Lines tab
- Click on the drop down menu for the Color option
- Then click on the Fill Effects
- Select the Picture tab
- Click the Select Picture
- Then click the Lock picture aspect ratio check box
Whenever you select the cell, your picture will appear as comment. :thumbup1:
