Problem with mouse and SD card
I have a Compac Presario SR2102FR PC with Vista basic, I bought it 2 years ago. I reformatted my pc 2 times, I have always this problem of the mouse at startup. In fact I have to unplug the USB cable from the mouse, and reconnect for it to work. When I unplug the cable from pc to reconnect, the problem disappears at startup. Since the concerns of the mouse, it does more than take my SD card, such disconnection and reconnection of the cable to my pc the SD card works without problems.
Can some one help me ?
Re: Problem with mouse and SD card
Try This steps
- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Scanning Engine:
- check: "Unload recognized processes during scanning."
- Under Ad-aware 6 > Settings (Gear at the top) > Tweaks > Cleaning Engine:
- Check: "Let Windows remove files in use after reboot."
- Press "Scan Now"
- Check option "Use Custom scanning options"
- Check option "Activate In-Depth Scan"
- Press "Select drives\folders to scan"
- Select the active partition which is usually C:
- Now press "Next" to let Ad-aware scan your drives...
- It will find a number of "bad" files and registry keys.
- Right-click in that pane and choose "select all"
- Now press "Next" again.
- It will ask you whether you'd like to remove all checked items. Click OK.
- Finally, close Ad-Aware, and reboot.

The Mouse Properties dialog box that can be accessed through the Control Panel can be used to change mouse options such as speed, pointer appearance, and special effects. The options and settings that are available vary slightly, depending on the type of mouse.
