Re: My Internet Explorer is giving ieframe.dll error
The error is normally caused by spyware. One of the main reason is also when you enter any less secure websites on the internet.
Zone Alarm is an one a reason for this error.
Restart you computer and login in Administrator mode.
Launch Internet Explorer.
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security >
Check on the box ENABLE PROTECTED MODE options.
Close your IE 7 and launch it again.
Re: My Internet Explorer is giving ieframe.dll error
Scan your pc for virues, malwares and spywares. This are the things which are creating problems with your web browser.
Dowload Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.31.
Do a Full Scan. It will show that some of the virus or malware's are detected and problem's are fixed successfully.
After the scan Go to Start Menu > Run > type mscofig.exe
Now just check out the startup items as similar shown in the scan.
This will resolve your issue.

The ieframe.dll file is normally related to your browser. May you had not properly installed your Internet Explorer due to which the error is occured.
Other reason can be windows update, outdated antivirus, etc
First try to restart your computer. Then run your browser. Sometime this works and error disappears.
If don't, Install and update the latest version of your browser.
Switch on and off your router, or disconnect your cable and plug in again.
