How to use Azure Flute In Pokemon Platinum

I need to use Azure Flute in Pokemon Platinum without using cheats. From where can I get the same and how do I use it ? Does anybody have an info regarding this....kindly give your ideas !!!

Yet, there is no real ingame way to get it. However, at this time you must hack using Pokesav or Action Replay. Once you obtain it with an Action Replay, you have to Mystery Gift with someone or Mix Records or something like that.

I dont really know how to get Azure Flute In Pokemon Platinum. Well, I had the Pokemon Diamond and I got Azure Flute in Diamond after I was already traded arcues. As I dont play, I dont have an ideas about other arcues. No idea whether you are allowed to trade arcues in Platinum...
