i am currently not happy as my ps3 have disk read error that is really painful , i hope that would be the simple dust like issue, but unable to fix it can some one help me to overcome ??

i think if you are under warranty dont try any thing just Call Sony or Send your PS3 to sony. they can only fix your problem.
This is common problem so dont worry Sony is replacing peoples systems. It needs a new Blu-Ray diode. check for warranty, and get replaced by Sony if its not under warranty you can repair it with local service by paying cost for part .
you can fix it by yourself there is online guides available for it but that could be tedious task and there is chance to damage parts. but it is possible to repair
