Problem with HD 3200 HDMI and Sony HDTV

Hi,
I have Sony LCD TV via HDMI to connect to the computer This works sometimes, often or not image is after some time. When i play blu ray movie, there are a few short minutes in the picture. Then the image and does not return. I had Uninstall HDMI audio but its not enough. I have also tried DVI-HDMI but not much improvement in picture quality, i am not getting good picture quality with 1920x1080p.

please help

4 GB 800 MHz ram
Windows Vista

What quality of HDMI cable you got? I used to get regular white stripes, noise and failure with my 10m cable.buy long and good quality of the cable and Set the refresh rate of your Sony HDTV at 24Hz , 50 Hz or 60Hz. other option is that use shorter HDMI or DVI cable.
Try other video format or even with a other laptop with HDMI or DVI connection.

I also have Sony HDTV and connected to my DELL monitor via VGA and HDMI to DVI and works perfect. No issues at all in playing games or watching videos etc. i can watch videos with 1920 x 1080 (same as 1080p). try to fix your problem by your Video Card configurations, adjust the image using the video card. Give it a try.
