i recently bought Q6274A Wireless Printer Adapter for my printer. i can't able to install the software (driver) to enable my wireless printer.when i try to print it says server doesn't have the driver to enable the printer.the printer works fine with a wired connection.Is my linksys wireless router causing the problem?
In Wireless Router you might have enabled wireless encryption.try to Update the firmware in linksys wireless router which may be causing the problem. you may need to change Broadcast SSID to make connection easier.Configure WPA-PSK for Your Router or Access Point. Most wireless devices work best with this type of security.Use channels 1, 6 or channel 11. Most devices work better on these channels.save all the changes and off the power for 30 second and then on, now try to connect.

you need to update the security information on the Q6274A Wireless Printer Adapter as per the manufacturer's instructions.you need a network key to add a device and enter the SSID.click Change Settings on the computer that you use to help secure the network.On Firewall tab,click on the Advanced settings.On the Network connections tab, click your wireless network, and then click Details.The SSID and network key appear in the Security Information area.

have you tried another wireless printer adapter,it may be a fault in your new Q6274A adapter.
