Re: Outlook 2007:How to apply theme to the slides
Each PowerPoint theme includes a color scheme with 12 coordinated colors chosen by design professionals. You can try this to apply theme to the slides in Powerpoint 2007:-
- Select the slides and go to Themes group > Design tab.
- Now click on the More button to open the Themes gallery.
- Once the themes dialog box opens, click Browse for Themes. The Choose Theme or Themed Document dialog box opens.
- Browse to the folder containing the file and select it.
- Click Apply.
Thats it..
Re: Outlook 2007:How to apply theme to the slides
Some themes are built into PowerPoint so that they are always available. Other themes are available only when you use certain templates, or when you specifically apply them. You can try this as well:-
1. Open the presentation and select Slide Sorter from the View menu.
2. Now select the slides you want to apply theme.
3. Now click the Format menu and select Slide Color Scheme.
4. Select the scheme you would like to use, and click the Apply button to apply the scheme to all of the selected slides.
