Yesterday I re-install my PC because I had a permission error in the registry. Windows would not open more programs and even starting silly me ..* *.. after a fresh Windows installation should everything be installed again. Similarly, Java from Sun.
The installation succeeded, not because I always got the error with the following error numbers
Internal error 2755. 1624 ....
Does anyone has solution for this !!

To fix your issuue : try the following steps :
- Download the offline version and save it somewhere on:
- http://www.java.com/nl/download/manual.jsp
- Install this version and if you get an error, go to step 3
- Open your Windows Explorer and go to the next folder
- C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Sun\Java\jre1.6.0_03
- In this map (jre1.6.0_03) to find one. Msi file. Double-click here to install it.
- The downloaded file you can delete.

And if you are having problem in removing the java installation, try using the Microsoft Windows Installer cleanup tool. his is a great tool.I used it removing java after this has failed to unistall succcessfully.

Then you can try reinstalling the java.
