Unable to print from Word 97

I have problems with printing from Microsoft word 97 every time I get error code

The instruction at "0x7c910f29" referred to address "0x0000000f" memory could not be "read"


This keeps appearing when I go to File -> Print. as i search for information i found this http://forums.techarena.in/mediacenter/38711.htm related to error but looking for more help if Some have solution to this please refer me

Have you installed Office 97 and 2003 on the same machine? also check that you are getting errors on all prints or only one particular document? Try to open notepad and type some text and then try to print to check it .

this problem may due to recent install or uninstall security application like antivirus or spyware so i will suggest you to uninstall it from safe mode and reinstall it again with latest printer driver support if possible update windows service pack

If it is only in word 97 then you can try OpenOffice if you do not have anything else.

If you do not want to download something, you can use Google Docs. There you can open most domument format and print from your browser. But you must have google account or gmail account.
