How to download movies, games from uTorrent client

I installed uTorrent on my pc but the problem is that I do not know how to get or download movies, games, applications, etc from it? Can anyone help me, thank you

Your approach may be unlawful.
I can explain the principle but with torrents file it is illegal, ie not copyrighted.

You can get the answer for your question on many websites, but here it is illegal to promote such ways of downloading files from utorrent or bittorrent. Sorry.
