Hey Folks,
I'm having a very serious issue with my pc. Whenever i try to play music on my system it gets automatically shutdown. I don't understand why i'm having such problem on my system. It display a blue error screen along with some white text written on it. Can any body tell me that what is wrong with my pc? Have any body face such type of problem before on their system? Kindly help me out to get rid of the above problem.

Try to update to the latest version of Direct X from the Microsoft website. Just go to Microsoft DirectX download page and follow the on screen instructions to download the latest DirectX End-User Runtime. Once the download has completed, locate and run the DirectX installation.After the installation process is completed, you will need to reboot your computer.
I think it might be the temperature that could be a factor, when your running the programs that rises the usage of your cpu. Then it gets hotter. Try to open up the side panel clean it out the dust particles and make sure all your cooling fans are functioning properly.
Another good option with yoyu is to reformat your hard drive and try to reinstall a fresh copy of your operating system on your pc. That will allow you to troubleshoot the problem such as spyware or virus that might be on your pc. This will keep your pc clean.
