How do i improve speaker sound quality

Hey Guys,

I'm having 2.1 logitech speakers connected to the system. They are working absolutely fine on my pc, but the problem in only when i try to play any voice played sound on the system, it doesn't give out clear sound and no body can understand the voice. Can any body tell me that how do i improve the sound quality of my speakers? What i need to do in order to have a complete control over the sound settings? Does any body knows about it? Kindly help me out to resolve the above issue.

I think you need to go to your Audio preferences and try to select your sound card as your output device. Then try to plugged in your speakers or can even try to use an optical line using teh usb card. For that you need to plug in a pair of powered speakers to this usb device.

Try to buy a new new sound card. There are many good sound cards available in the market. It will help you to improve the quaility of the audio and supports more things than your basic onboard audio does. Even you can try to upgrade your sound drivers, but i don't think it will improve the sound.
