Install games, themes in Sigmatel S4 China Mobile

how about for my china iphone 4. is ther any steps on how to install themes, games and other application to my phone?

First: Mostly all chinese mobiles are made with the same concept. hence installation process is same for all. Just the difference is that some of them supports .nes format, some with .mrp and some with Java. You need to find out with which format your device is compatible. Till than check out these articles:
