i have sigmatel s4 china mobile.

Try out the following Mobile settings.
1. Menu-->Internet-->WAP-->setting-->enter the values
2. Menu-->Internet-->Data Account--> GPRS--> enter the values
3. Menu-->Internet-->Settings-->Activate
4. Sent SMS to activate Internet
5. After u recieve the SMS internet is activated, switch off ur mobile phone & switch on
6. Connect to PC.
7. Add new connection, use dialup, usid&pswd=blanks, dialup=*99***1# / *99*#
8. You will be able to get connected to games.
According to my knowledge there are no softwares or games that work in China based mobile phones, but i managed to get a collect of few games. I've attached the files below. Try it out. If it works, post back, this could help others. All the best!

Almost all themes or application for every china mobiles are same, i guess. So you can download and install any themes that are made for china mobile your mobile model.. You can find some themes and tips for installing them from this threads:

Well am not aware of this Chinese model but still wanna give a try.
