resource conflict - pci network controller on the slot 03

There is problem with my computer. It doen't recognize the cd rom drive and SD and then of a sudden there is a warning tone followed by an error message saying: "resource conflict - pci network controller on the slot 03 Bus: 00, Device: OF, Function: 00 "

Change your network card in PCI slot to see if the conflict persists. If so remove all the cards on the PCI slots, leaving only your network card and verify the proper functioning of the recognition thereof. If it does it in any slot is likely to be defective or incompatible with your system, try on another PC to confirm if you suspect faulty.

Resource Conflict solution

• Determine what all the devices in the system are using for resources.
• Identify the conflicting devices.
• Change the resource settings on one or more of the devices so they are no longer conflicting.
