Spore error message Appcompat.txt

My brother bought the spore video games recently and the game worked very well until Wednesday. When we want to start the game, the screen goes black and the game is left with an error message:

In the information technology, it is mark with this:
files included in the report:
C: \ DOCUME ~ 1 \ Me \ LOCALS ~ 1 \ Temp \ 9290 _appcompat.txt

With Appcompat.txt, the file changes each time I relaunch the game.
The green figures are the figures that change at each relaunch of the game, so appcompat.txt is probably an error report or something.
Please can you help me, I tried many things.
I have also tried reinstalling the game but that didnt help either.

This file is generated after the crash of the game and contains anonymous information on the crash and is generated by Windows.

Have you done any installation of particular software, updates of any kind, etc, recently?

Have you installed any programs lately before this started happening? If yes then you might be missing a file which is necessary or maybe a couple of programs would be clashing with each other. Appcompat.txt is only a logfile, which contains technical information about the crash details. If you remove it usually it wont stop this from happening again, but there is a software for this called Unlocker to free it up. Also did you try cleaning up the registry. You can try EasyCleaner which will get rid of lots of issues.

Delete all files and directories from: C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp
Repeat this for ALL [usernames].
