dual boot extra vista recovery window
Hi,
a friend has just dual booted their system to install both linux and vista on to the same machine. When the vista option is chosen, the user is prompted with another screen which asks the user whether they would like vista recovery. Is there anyway to get rid of this screen from appearing?
Thanks

Hey!
Well first boot into Vista then you will need to run a third party software which can edit Boot Options. One of the software is : Vista BCD Pro. Then when you run the software you will see the boot options that exist under Windows Vista Linux will not be included in this. Keep the boot entry which is for Booting Vista and remove the entry for recovery console. Else try to repair the Windows Vista installation... All the best!
