Problem with ATI radeon X800
Hello,
My pc screen goes black my pc the message "VPU Recover has reset your graphics accelerator or it was no longer responding to graphics driver commands" appears. I have an ATI radeon X800 graphics card.
I have to uninstall the drivers and work on my pc without graphics card (a real problem. What can I do?
Help me.

Many people are facing this issue with ATI radeon X800. you can fix it by installing older versions of ATI's drivers, setting your chip to run at 4x instead of 8x, turning of smartgart, installing new bios, and set their default chipset setting to PCI. Since ATI is an AGP card, change that setting. :thumbup1:

You can try ASUS new BIOS feature called PEG Link Mode. This feature is available for both AMD and Intel based motherboards and is compatible with your Intel D925XCV motherboard. it will allow you to to increase the engine and memory clocks on the graphics card. By default the feature is set to Auto, which is the same as "Normal". However, the Normal setting still slightly overclocks the video card by almost 8%.
To set the PEG Link Mode to Slow, please refer to the steps below:
Enter System BIOS
Open Advanced menu -> open the Chipset menu
Locate PEG Link Mode
Change setting to Slow
