Norton Detecting oem_uninst.exe as a virus

hi,
i have problem with my newly installed norton 2009 antivirus,i have done full system scan and i found that it detects C:\windows\system32\oobe\oem_uninst.exe as virus(operating system - windows vista). is that anything wrong with my antivirus or it's common problem?

To make sure nothing remains on your computer do the following:

1 - Download and run ccleaner.

2-Using the first option of "cleaner" to delete cookies and temporary Internet.

3-After you use your option to "register" to clean up the Windows registry (with backup).

4-Perform a complete analysis with Kaspersky Online Scanner.

The 'worm' located at C:\windows\system32\oobe\oem_uninst.exe is useless. It's only function is to uninstall oem logos. This is done automatically. I don't know why it is flagged as a worm though. You not need to worry about this. Simply you can allow Norton to delete it. And first do the update of Norton.
