How can i record what I am doing on my computer

Hey Guys,

I'm running Windows Vista as my operating system. I would like to know that is there any particular program which can record what ever i do on my computer. Basically i would like to have a software which would be able to record whatever stuffs i do on my desktop. Does any body have any idea about this one? Kindly suggest me the recommended program for doing it? Any kind of information on the above issue would be appreciated.

I think you should go for Cam Studio. Its quite good, but i don't know about its audio quality. You can use it for making youtube videos.
