hi,
I need your opinion.
With my i7 o / c@3.7 ghz I played game for two hours, I raised the temperature with real temp version 3. I am between 52 and 59 degrees for all cores for an ambient temperature of 23 °.
Does this sound correct?

Re-mount the HSF with new thermal paste & make sure it is done all properly.I would be paying a lot of attention to the flatness of HS & CPU surfaces making sure there are as Flat as possible & not convex or concave.
Check that you have plenty of airflow in your case..run a electric fan for a quick test with case opened towards Motherboard see if it makes a difference?
It is acceptable and not bad. what about the temp while the PC is under load?the Coolermaster V8 is a decent cooler, it should be better while idle.
That's definitely too high for an i7 chip. My first thought would be that the CPU heatsink/fan isn't mounted properly. Did you build the PC yourself?
What kind of cooling does your case have?
