Whats the best way to learn oops

Hello all,
Iam a newbie, really nice to c all of you here. Hope all doubts will be cleared in this forum with the help of experts here.
Though iam a technical graduate in eee branch, im new to programming
i have started learning .Net programming on my own. As i have a baby i can not spend my time in institute.
can any one tell me..?
whats the best way to learn oops.
and also whats the best way to approach asp.net and c# as iam new to programming. I have never done programming.
