X-Plane DVD detection problem
little new in the Mac universe, I enjoy with my new brand new MacBook.
I installed X-Plane 9, which runs very well, except that since today, he no longer sees the DVD which is in the drive, and so does that due to demo mode. ?
I hope someone has an idea.

i had the same problem In fact, it happens to eject the DVD, the volume created by Leopard is not removed. It remains a XPLANE9 in the directory / Volumes.
So, the next insertion, assembly of the DVD for the name XPLANE9 1, and is no longer recognized by the software.
The solution, manually delete the old volume to the next insertion of DVD everything goes well.

to show all hidden files and folders, use onix and then goes into options and tick finder display hidden file and folder,and it starts with a ".", or while you are, look in your hard drive, maybe ....

I have not tested, but if the names of recording volumes are mounted in / Volumes (hidden folder), you can access the folder by typing:
cmd-shift-G (corresponding to the menu "Go to ...") and typing / Volumes in the window that opens. The contents of the folder / Volumes will be displayed
