Track IP address of remote computer

Anybody here can help me to trace an IP number?
Got an anonymous comment on my blog, I usually do not bother particularly, but it would be interesting to get some idea of who the person would be.
Hate when people throw out things without being able to bear it.
Do not address any sensible information at all the places I tried, so I would need someone who is a bit more tricky on computers than I am.
How much can you get anyway?

With a ip address you can possibly get the city, but hardly any more information about the person... Unfortunately.

If it is a threat, you can inform police. Then you can get who it is, whether it is a crime.

A name you may not get without internet provider's help.

You can only get that from the internet service provider guy. Want to get the address and name, please contact your operator. That too, I think you can get it if you have a court order.

ISP never give out any name / address, just get to the police if there is suspicion of crime.
