Unable to access the login page
Hello everyone,
A few times that I debate with my pc, and run out of solution, I turn to you hoping to remedy my problem.
After a total crash of my pc-I switch off the machine with the power button because everything was frozen-I wanted to restart the PC and I came across a black screen with an alert telling me that the system can not load the login page ... I have the mouse and if I validate the message, a few seconds later I have again the same.
Is there a solution other than formatting please?
I said that I have already tried to repair the boot dvd Windows vista-without success -
Thank you in advance for your advice
Re: Unable to access the login page
Hello
Give the exact message that you return to the Vista login.
At what stage, you get this message?
Before the passage of small green bars (at the beginning of the startup) or when it shows the user's login choice?
Re: Unable to access the login page
Thank for the reply,
I get just after the green passage, when the screen should be blue / green and display the login page, I get a window titled:
"Failed to initialize the login process"
which contains the message:
Failed to initialize logon interactively, see the event log for more details
what I do not know without being in a session
this is serious?
Re: Unable to access the login page
Does your computer is a desktop or a laptop?
What is its brand?
It may have something to do with hibernation.
Try this:
If it is a desktop, unplug the power, wait 1 / 4 of an hour, then reconnect the attempt to restart the PC.
If this is a laptop, remove the plug and removes the battery. Wait 1 / 4 of an hour, reconnect everything (cord + battery) and try a restart.
