Aero theme error 'No service issue'

For some time, the Windows Vista became "ugly" as it says, much the subject is more aero, but the "Windows Classic", and when I try to put the aero theme, I drop a error as what the theme is not running, after a little research, I go to the manager on duty at the Service Research "theme", but impossible to find, I looked at services one by one, and the theme remains unfounded.

Try this:
Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> right-click Command Prompt -> Run as administrator -> Type:
net stop uxsms
net start uxsms

Does that restored the Aero theme?

In Start -> Run -> type
regedit
You deploy the key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/DWM
You take a screenshot of the right pane that appears when you click on DWM

Suddenly, I forgot to ask you to verify this:

Start -> services you tapes in "Search" and you click on the "Services"
Themes should be "Started" and "Automatic"

If this is not the case, you double-click it and you start the service.
