Websense

hello friends i have a problem accesing websites
i am in a organistation and over here they are using websense system so that external websites cannot be opened
i have tried to use
Ultra Surf : when i open macafee detects a virus so cannot use it
[COLOR="red"]Freegate[/COLOR] : i am able to open it but it gives an error that a firewall is blocking it to connect to server, there is a option in freegate where we can put in some proxy to bypass firewall can anyone help me in giving proxy that can bypass WEBSENSE
