Shrinking images to fit on homepage
I've shot some pictures here of a lake and I want them into my homepage. The problem is that they are too big. I've tried irfanview, but they are still too high. They are around 900kb when I made them smaller with irfanview. Anybody know how can I shrink them down in size so they can be on my website?
Re: Shrinking images to fit on homepage
Easy enough.
Start in batchconverting.
Press the button "select" near the bottom of the right corner.
Here you can select the quality of the conversion, set it between 60-80.. used to be ok-quality.
Jump back to the batch conversion and put a checkbox in "use advanced selection". Then you can trim your images under "advanced settings election". Remember to put the checkbox next to the choices you make, otherwise nothing happens in the actual conversion.
Re: Shrinking images to fit on homepage
Cannot find any button called "select". Are you sure the button is called "select"?
Edit: Found it... thanks for help.
I will try this and see if the helps me.
