How to delete contacts & calender on ipod touch

Hello,

Can you please tell me how to delete contacts from my ipod touch version 1 / 8gb
I have sold and can not find the option
I have many contacts and I will spend the day deleting them one by one

Hi,

If you sell it, restore it from iTunes.

This will make your ipod touch completely empty.

You can also delete a contact by

• Tap Contacts and choose a contact.
• Tap Edit.
• Scroll to the bottom of the contact information and tap Delete.

Contacts was easy to delete but I had a problem deleting Calculator. All the necessary files would delete but the icon stayed around on the main screen. When I clicked on the icon a blurry error gif or whatever would come up and the ipod would essentially freeze. Restarted, went back to mobilefinder, and went through the process of deleting it again.

Just restore your iPod from within iTunes. If you want to put your music and other files back on the iPod, just be sure to uncheck the settings to sync contacts and calendars.

In fact, you may just be able to uncheck contacts and calendars and perform a sync. I'm not sure, but that may work.
