Minimum educational qualification:
Under Graduates/Graduates (including candidates who have appeared for theirfinal year exams and awaiting results).
Essential requirement:
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in bothHindi and English.
People with confidence and ability to handle customers and provide only thebest customer service.
The job involves extensive communication with customers/passengers over thephone for booking, reservations, ticketing and handling customer queries,informing customers of flight exceptions & complaint handling.
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.
This is a 24x 7 environment and requires working in shifts, including nightshift. Provide Cab Facility
Fluency in additional regional Indian languages will be given preference.
