Retrieve music ipod 120gb

Hello to all,

So that I sold all my cd (30GB of music) and I bought a 120gb ipod.
Except that I had a problem with my mac and everything was erased! (I'm ashamed but I did not make a backup: s)

So now I find myself with 30GB of music on my ipod (listen mode only) and anything on my mac!

I just seek your help because I tell myself that there is certainly software or how to do to get the music for my ipod back on my mac?
