How to synchronize the memory card of PDA?

I have Windows Vista, intel core 2 duo, centrino, 160 GB hard drive.

Now that I managed to synchronize my PDA with Windows Vista (via WM device in center), I realized that I do not synchronize the data are recorded on the memory card.

Would greatly appreciate it if someone knows how, please tell me.

I'm not sure, but as an alternate choice you can use AvantGo and use Tweaks2k2 and have your AvantGo data stored in a storage card....or wait!! I'm not sure if that only works with CF....

You can use ActiveSync to do a complete system backup and restore. Simply connect your device to your PC, wait until ActiveSync is finished syncing, and then click on ActiveSync’s Tools menu (on your PC) and select the Backup/Restore option. All users can make use of third-party backup programs, or can back up their data to a storage card.
