Youtube video buffering on Reliance 400 kbps

I am using reliance connection yesterday i visited you tube site in that when i try to watch video it's started buffering it took around 5 min to buffer. I there is speed issue from reliance. because when i try to watch video on my friend home it play smoothly he is using Airtel 512 kbps line. Can you tel me whats the problem ?

Yes there is internet connection problem. but normally on 256 kbps also you tube run smoothly. Is you are using reliance cable net ?

I am using TATA indicom connection but on 256 kbps also youtube video didn't buffer. call reliance CC and tell them to you getting very less speed.
