does any one knows about Airtel new offer "My Airtel My Offer"...any one tried it ?? I am prepaid user and want to know about this My Airtel My Offer if any one have details about it and experienced it please reply your views about it hare ..thank you
some times it feels really too pathetic to call up customer care every now and then asking what offer exists that day.Keeping in mind such problems faced by its customers, Airtel now launched this a service named My Airtel My Offer wherein a prepaid Airtel customer can get all the offer details applicable for his number (the number he/she is calling from)
For the prepaid users of Airtel mobile there are lot of offers in store with the launch of new scheme My Airtel My Offer. With this plan the prepaid users are at a will to choose the services of their option within the tariff schemes, recharge denominations, validity, value added service and timely offers from the Airtel. The users need to dial 12131 toll free, and the offer will be available in three languages Marathi, Hindi and English for availing this service. For the convenience of the customers, the local language feasibility is there with IVR (but restricted during roaming). The company disclosed that this scheme is a result of the Airtel’s commitment to the requirements of the users based on the technology and the need of the users. This offer seems to satisfy the Airtel users much with personalized options. With the initial launch in IVR, the service will get entry through SMS and USSD (Unstructrued Supplementary Service Data) soon.
